My Evil Internet Date

I recently joined the Guys & Ghouls Internet Dating Service. This is a new experience for me and I must say I entered into this realm with some apprehension.

I was surprised at the number lonely souls like me who use this service. It seems everyone is reaching out of and beyond the grave in search of that someone, or thing, special.

This is how I met Dolly. Her photo on the service looked like Barbie. When in reality, well, look at the photo above. Dirty. Disheveled. But, those eyes...

We met for dinner at a dumpster next to the finest restaurant in town. The rats that waited on us were particularly attentive.

With hardly a word, she raced through dinner eating everything in sight including one of the rat waiters. She followed every mouthful with a long swig on a bottle of Hemlock Mountains Wine and a long soul rending belch.

"What's for dessert?" she belched. 

"Nothing, I replied. You have already emptied my wallet."

And with that she got up and went over to sit with a werewolf and his friend.

I'm not giving up on this dating thing just yet. I'll just be more careful next time.

Talented Comic Artist, Nathan Szerdy

So here I am at Spooky Empire with the very talented comic artist Nathan Szerdy. He is expressing his amazement at the news of his impending appearance on Carl's Macbre World internet show, (coming soon). 

I have known Nathan for about a year now and am continually impressed with the quality of his work. Maybe someday he will do a portrait of me. Hopefully he will capture my kind, generous, manly and serene countenance.

They asked me if I wanted to go out for a bite. I said "yes' but when asked which restaurant they just laughed.

So we were out shooting the other day when we came across this. An angel with black tears rolling down her cheeks. Something from my Dr. Who days said not to turn my back to her.
